Villefranche sur mer, is best known for its magnificent harbor where on summer evenings are anchored yachts, sailboats and cruise ships. But it is also a small fishing port with its "pointus" (local fishing boats). The colorful facades of its streets compete in brightness with the flowers and the lush vegetation of this small town on the Côte d'Azur.
